Please help me with X96 MAX.

Hello Everyone ,





my tvbox is in the REDLIGHT , black screen , I tried anything to flash it but in vain. Trying to update with different firmwares , I've tried to restore it then with the latest firmware , shortening the two pins and holding the reset while connecting the USB cable. Unsuccessful ,
I used FACTORYTOOL and on the DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE PHASE it's show error at 3%
