It seems to me easier to make a port from what is already available. There is already Android 11 on s905x4. If you try to disassemble this image and find out where DTB.img is located there. Then replace this DTB.img with the one that is in s905x3. True, it will still need to be edited, since the sections in Android 11 have already been changed. And in Android 11 it seems there is a super.img section instead of 3 sections: sistem.img, vendir.img. Then, if Android 11 starts on the s905x3, then it will be easier to port Android 13 to the s905x3 using gsi, which are on the xda website.
