Help Needed !!! Win10 Rockchip Flashtools wont work anymore

Hi ,

as in the Header discribed all my Flashtools , if i want to start them show this 2 Errors ,

one after the other , then the Tools start but can not be used :

loading config file failed

&

loading sn.dat failed

anyone already had this , had to delete them all but even new downloaded gave me that

Error , strange .

Please can somebody upload the Rockchip SDBurn & SDBoot Tool for Win , that i can try
