Use RKDevTool v3.31 included and select the firmware and then Upgrade from the 2nd tab.
(Older tools won't work!!!)

4 - TikTok
5 - MiXplorer
6 - Via Browser
Menu - Shutdown
Home - Recent Apps
TikTok - Press DPAD_UP, DPAD_DOWN to skip to the previous or next video.
Doesn't support other RK3588S devices.
Removed ru language and services.
