Minix neo 7 picuntu network problem

Hello guys!

I am trying to use picuntu nand 4.5 on minix neo 7.
WiFi and LAN doesn't worked.
ifconfig shows that wlan0 interface is present.
iwlist scan shows that interface wlan0 does not support scanning.
Also in X mode native WiFi utility doesn't show WiFi networks.
I have copied file from original android firmware - rkwifi.ko, but it have the same size.
Wired interface also doesn't working, it not present in ifconfig.

Also trying to use Debian nand, which have the same kernel 3.0.36+, but there I have same problems with network.

Anybody tried to use picuntu or debian on minix?
Any ideas?

I have the exact same network problems as described by Minix7.
I tried insmod with no effects
No Ethernet and Wifi

I just wonder whether it has sound output through 3.5mm headset when playing video under picuntu.
