problem installing firmware NEO X5 4.2.2 firmware

Has released the new firmware 4.2.2 for minix x5

Change log:
1.) Improved video playback quality;


2.) New NEO A2 airmouse audio setting and key logic applied;


3.) Removed Google search bar on Launcher screen;


4.) Added GridShow MINIX launcher;


5.) Introducing new manual hide / show system bar feature by long pressing the menu key on remote;


6). Removed Chrome browser;


7.) Preloaded latest AirPin (PRO), and CloudTV AirDroid app.;


8.) NFS support;

I want to install it but I have a problem.

I currently have Android 4.1.2 with CWM 6.0.3.1 and modified root

Note: This CWM I CAN NOT INSTALL MORE THROUGH RKBatchTool

The PC does not see the minix while it is in recovery!!!!

Do you happen to have a recovery stock (original) for the minix x5 ?

Or you have other tips on how to install this rom?


Does anyone know how to convert one file: X5_4.2.2_20131108_1080fb.img - to install from cwm?

I have done a CWM version of the standard 4.2.2_20131108 FW with root and reboot app.

Get it over at hotfile or at rockchipfirmware.

I might have time to do the same to the 1080p Version this week.

The procedure is this:


The Minix must be turned off and connected to the PC from the start (which is why I did not recognize him Later I attacked I).

If you have installed a CWM, you can just flash a root&busybox...zip from somewhere. I use this one.

Or you install a prerooted rom like mine.

Or the manual way, by tearing apart the rom, mounting the system.img in linux and passing the requiired files over.

Edit: I'ave flashed the rom 4.1.1 and CWM then the your Rom CWM with root and reboot attived.
