Mk802 IV bluetooth trouble

Hi there. nice to meet you. I'm the happy owner of the TV Player above indicated. Inside it i put new firmware 1.7 of neomode. everything works very well but some days ago I boughr a wireless keyboard named Mini Teclado Bluetooth Rii mini Modelo RT-MWK02 (Riitek). These kind of keyboard works very well and immediately as being pairing from the Mk802. but when I used it at a distance of two meters the keyboard doesn't work very well.infact i have problems to write and to use air mouse. If i am close to mk' few centimeters, it works very well. On the specific of the keyboard i found the it works in a range of seven meters but in a distance of two meters it works so bad. any idea about it?if i have to change mine wireless keyboard, can you tell me the good keyboard with same function i have to buy?
May be could be better to use a wireless keyboard 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity?

Hello,

The problem might be the internal Antenna for Bluetooth.
I use a Logitech K400 and I am happy with it. The K400 is a mini keyboard with mouse. It Cost only 24 Eur.

First of all thanks for your immediatly reply.
May be can I modify or amplify this bluetooth antenna?
Otherwise I would be able to use the bluetooth-usb dongle, found inside my keyboard. You think I can use it?
I tried to use it but is not easy and mk doesn't recognize it.
There some particular things to do to let the mk recognize it? May be exist some driver for android/mk?
If nothing works, I'll have to buy this k400. This kind of keyboard i think not use bluetooth . Correct? It's easy to let the mk recognize it?
Last question:
Where i can find k400 at 24 euro?
Can you plese give me the url? Here in italy is not cheap.

You can open the Case and put out the Antenna. The Antenna is the Black Wire. The K400 you can get from ****.

As alternative watch on UselliSell.com they have also good Keyboards and deliver from EU.

finally I opened my mk and i let the black wire completly free outside the case.now the situation is almost good and the keyboard is working much better.now the mk is stripped down to the bone.you think is better i create a hole in the case and let the wire outside?and you think there is possibility to amplify existing antennna with a piece of metal home made?may be i can increase signal?wait for your reply and thanks once again for precious help

Make a hole in the case and let the Wire out. Or use a Paper Clip open it on one side only and solder this and to the board.

Rii mini keyboard (bluetooth version) are well known to have a poor range, usually as your (not more than a couple of meters).
It' s better to get a 2.4 Ghz keyboard with usb dongle, possibly a Logitech as already suggested.
