I am a complete neewb. I downloaded nextbook7p_1211_finless_v1_5b.zip
to my nextbook7p and it works great. down loaded apps and they all work. whew I was nervous but it was junk to me with the old system and we didnt use it. Now the only problem with it. I have no audio. period. audio is on volume turned up. stock player installed ect. Any hints thanks. it is a 1211

Hi, have you tried rebooting the device? because this happened to me when i installed Beats Audio drivers on my nextbook. Otherwise try using a different root method. Hope you fix your device

but if absolutely nothing works, worth checking out the connections inside? mine failed by the earphone output (cracked "flexible" pcb) and if I remember right, it also killed the speaker.
