GEEKBUYING-Sending my T428 BACK , I have spent long enough on troubleshooting, kernel switching,rom loading and tinkering.

I was one of the first on board to buy a Tronsmart T428 when they came out having high hopes and not realizing that chinese made android devices had so much upkeep and device tinkering you could say cause it wasnt still fully functionable. I have spent more time on this device then it was worth, paided 106 and change for it. Now I want a replacement, I have wasted way too much time and energy on this and still doesnt work wifi, bluetooth and other features are still shady. I want something diffrent that does not have the manufactures issues like this make and model and will not accept anything less. I have been in contact with the Attorney General in NY State and they are willing to do a class action lawsuit and want others on board if I do not get acceptable resolution on this. So heads up for anyone else , Im giving geekguying the benefit of the doubt and will send this back but I am not gonna accept another one.I WILL NOT.
Anyways this is a heads up for others who have spent way too much time and effort trying to get a device that was never tested in the market and has a 1 year warranty.

WHAT SAY IT SAY YOU GEEKBUYING, What is a equivent replacement...
Tell me what your willing to do as a customer resolution to solve a ongoing 6 months of do this and that.

Good for you and the customers around the globe. I preordered one of those units also and got one early, have tried different mods but put it in the drawer after months of ******* work.

I hope you get a replacment or something.

You can by a chromecast for 40 bucks, and 100 dollars is alot of money for something that never worked. Wake up fool....and when its 100's of customers that recieved a faulty nonworking device cause of software we have every right.... So its ok to shit in the box and say hey it works buy it...

I only paided 200 dollars for my google nexus and that has a screen, more memory and other hardware. I think anyone that knows about hardware knowns that this device was priced similiar to others by what it offered. Cheap? When a customer goes to a website and devices are offered by hardware and features without saying it has issues we have every dam right, this why we have a consumer market that works and also backs the consumer.. Anyways thats sticking up for geekbuying and making excuses most likely gets something in return, So how many did you get free? I was a consumer that was duped and have every dam right to voice my opinion and also stake a claim against what went wrong and why..
