help needed... new fw after micro usb broke?

Hallo.

Well the situation is like that.
My micro Usb broke. I soldered and the ug802 is live again by mini usb. (the only thing is that no matter how i power it on from the pc to do a fw upgrade from bob's 1.6 to 1.8....
the pc does not recognize it... as a matter of fact it does not see anything in the usb port.

maybe the green white r making a shortcut? i soldered myself with home tools.... (it doesn;t seem that in naked eye, but i am searching why it cannot be found as any device in the pc.... and rom flash tools)
(of course i did in setting and change alot of times (usb debugging off and storage settings not MTP ... but usb, etc.)


is there another way to go to other fw like bob;s 1.8? by sd card etc?
and where are the instructions? (i cannot find anything)

- the usb (not micro) works very well. i have there my wireless kb/mouse and no prob.


Something else... is it just in me or everyone, that superuser app delays to give permissions to apps, so droidmote etc, is a relative long wait to use?
what can i do for that too?

what recovery do you have on your ROM?

if you have cwm then you should be able to do something with that.

If not it may be more of a challenge.

do not know...

I sure know that i flashed a kernel to dual boot in picuntu....
and i flashed before that bob's 1.6 fw, with the tool provided... all the steps...
