flashed this rom today and have been testing it ... seems to be the stock rom with some added apps and a fixed google play so you can install more apps ... its super stable and boots fast ... I can do smooth Netflix, Plex and Dishnetwork HD TV on it .. havn't tested many games on it yet

Good question I'd say it's possible but there is alot of hardware issues
for one the 8021V is a quadcore stick with bluetooth and a broadcom AP6120 wifi chip
I'm not sure what the 802111 has inside for sure but I'd think it would have the older wifi
chip ...this rom was also made for an 8gb model so if you happen to have a 4gb stick that could
make issues because of the memory profile used... so I'd say right off the top no it probably
won't but you could definatly try it out

Here is link for stock firmware for the MK802 III in case you want to play around with it

*edit whoops I was thinking MK802 III .... please don't use that for a MK809 III*

I'm pretty sure it will. Apart from their names the MK809iii and the MK802iv are identical.

My bad I stand corrected I got confused with the MK802111 vs the Mk809111 ...In that case it should most definitely work!

here is a AnTu score from this rom ... keep in mind I'm not sure what type of stick I have lol

And here is my home screen from it

I will try this out because my with my Rikomagic USA RK3188 MK802 IV (IIIs Dual Core) I am unable use RKAndroidTool 1.24 to flash with for some reason. I've tried Neo and Finless roms and they won't flash my device. Although it is detected as RockChip USB and I can erase, but I haven't spent much time to figure out (i.e. uncheck the "Parameter") how to get it flash. I always have to use RKBatchTool and one file to flash.

Does anyone know how to package all the files used for RKAndroidTool, so that the RKBatchTool can be used instead?

This would be a stock rom with some tweaking and bloat removed.
                        Increased app size to 3gb.

It uses a custom kernel so there no video playback stuttering as with all the other Mk802IV stock roms.

Nice and fast/stable which makes this a very nice replacement rom for the rikomagic crap.

Considered this more of a tweaked out car rather then a complete rebuild.
So there less that can go wrong but enough to make it very nice.
                        Mk802IV Neomode 1.9a original rom 720p

I have 2 MK809IV's and this ROM works perfect for me! Except 1080p.

Wifi works, BT works, even my webcam works but its only 720p

Does anybody know how to break up this ROM (with a tool or something-I've seen it before but can't remember) so I can change parameter to 6gb, 1080p kernel and 1080p boot? And maybe possibly even an o/c one?
