I'm really interested on this subject, although currently I have no DVB USB device to experiment with.
I'd look for Linux-supported DVB-S2 devices (http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.ph...S2_USB_Devices),
select one suiting my tastes and pocket, find the driver or compile it to Android and tinker with
tvheadend which has been ported to Android (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2171412)
