    Translated.

Startup for Ubuntu on the Cherry Tablet. You have two options: -
Through the store the next app install and that follow where you have some puzzle awaits for a bit to get working. Ubuntu Installer app = - Startup this track which I used to Ubuntu working on the tablet set. - What do you need? - Tablet course (ICS + Den Eds Update 2) - If you have NOT run the update: Root and busybox installed. - USB debugging enabled - External SD Card 4Gb minimum, the faster, the 'float' Ubuntu will run. - Download the following files on your computer (does not work well on the tablet): Boot Script: - Sourceforge.net/projects/linuxonandroid/Ubuntu/ubuntuV6-1-script.zip The light version 500Mb: - Sourceforge.net/projects/linuxonandroid/Ubuntu/ubuntuV5-sm-image.zip The full version 1.7GB: - Sourceforge.net/projects/linuxonandroid/Ubuntu/ubuntuV5-image.zip - Unzip the files that you downloaded (note light and full unzip the same file name) - Meanwhile on the tablet the following programs from the app store to install: - Android-vnc-viewer (from ANDROIDVNC TEAM + ANTLERSOFT) - Android Terminal Emulator (JACK PALEVICH) - Create a folder on the external SD Card: ubuntu - Place 2 unzipped files in this folder on your computer: - Ubuntu.img - Ubuntu.sh -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------- These were the preparations now aan't work .... -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------- - Start Terminal Emulator -
At the $ prompt, type: su [enter] -
At the # prompt type: cd mnt / extsd / ubuntu [enter] -
At the # prompt type: sh ubuntu.sh -
Now enter the screen size (10 "tablet = 1024x600) so enter: 1024x600 [enter] -
If the choice between the full desktop version 1 = 2 = GNOME or LXDE: 1 or 2 [enter] (not light) -
Removing the screen Android keyboard - If all goes well you should see on the screen: root @ localhost :/ # -
With arrow to go android - Start androidVNC -
Nickname I do not blank - Password = ubuntu -
Address = 127.0.0.1 - Port = 5900 (it will probably already be completed) - Username = blank (leave blank) -
    Android keyboard close -
    Color Format = 24-bit color (4bpp) -
    Local mouse pointer "V" -
    Force full-screen bitmap = auto - = No Repeater repeater -
Now the button Connect button at the top - May take a while to completely boot whichever desktop you have chosen. -
To exit seems not quite work, just grab the USB cable from the PC once and then you get error in stabbing and you're out, or just connect keyboard. So tie my startup luck and leave some to hear about your experiments with Ubuntu on the forum!
