How can I root my PiPo Max-M8 Pro Tablet without flashing?

Hello Randy and other Friends, ultimately I am successful in Flashing My Tablet to the latest official ROM from the website of PiPo,i.e., M8pro software_NO 3G_chinese version_android4.2_20131111

I just want to root the Tablet.
Are there any such tools or methods for rooting the Tablet keeping the same official ROM?

    Please Help me friends.

I'm sure there, but I haven't tried them.

    Like I said...experiment with my v1.9 or 2.0 ROMs.

This is a generic root tool for rk3188. I used it with my M8pro and it worked OK.
But you should try Randy's Rom, it's amazing; I used the stock Rom for several months and I can tell you that Randy's one is way better (more responsive, "battery friendlier", with better WiFi signal, etc)

This is an easy root tool for RK3066/3188 devices. I've used it several times just make sure you have ADB drivers installed.

Conveying my Heartly Thanksgiving to @rrileypm and @sebastianabate,including you @PolarBear,I admit that this was easier for me :

The links for ADB drivers and root tools were provided in the PDF file below as :

Finally reverted back to the M8pro software_NO 3G_chinese version_android4.2_20131111 Official ROM with SUCCESSFUL rooting of the device.

Even here the annoying POP up of :Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped
was bothering me. I followed all of your instructions but in vain.

Then these people helped me :
I just recently did a software update to my device, since my device was prompting me to. Then this error message would keep popping up after reboot and would slow down my device. It pops up about every 4 -5 seconds and won't give me a chance to barely do anything. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Particularly this fellow friend of ours :

Shutting down and restarting does nothing on my Droid Bionic.

I found a solution on XDA forums that seems to have worked. Disable DRM Protected Content Storage and Media Storage in your Apps list.

                Details here:

KUDOS to @funkydrums773,that f*c**ng POP up just vanished.........
