As per the title states, I just got Netflix and it appears to be in great quality. Is this a normal thing nowadays? I remember hd being a pipe dream on android devices not too long ago. Anyways video to accompany.

I think this came about with the recent netflix app overhaul. It solved a lot of playback issues on devices like ours.

It was certainly an issue with most all AMP devices. Many had to use xposed framework workarounds to get decent playback before. The new Android Netflix app seems to have fixed most all of these issues. I guess Netflix wasn't intentionally screwing us over with DRM before (which is what many of us thought at the time).
