How to make webcams work on CX-803

Hi all,
Has anyone tested a webcam with this TV stick. I tried a few but it doesn't show my video on skype on any other camera app.
I'd really like to connect my webcam (logitech STX) and to skype video calls and stuff.
Im running stock Rom (rooted) 4.1.1


Please let me know if there is a way to install drivers or anything to make webcams work with it.
