    Poor ethernet speed in QX2

    Hi,

    I've purchased this: http://www.geekbuying.com/item/USB-L...MB-320695.html
LAN adapter to use with Imito QX2 but the transfer is really poor, worse than WiFi , like 600KB/s maximum when copying files from SMB shares. The same adapter connected to my laptop and to the same LAN cable is working 4-5 times faster. Issue observed on all 3 or 4 firmwares I've tested so far.
Is it normal that such adapters are working so slow, like they were USB 1.1, or something is wrong with my equipment?

Damn, I'm idiot. Was wondering which OTG port you mean, then I realized it's Imito QX1 not QX2, with only 2 USB ports. Of course I'm using full sized one.
On a side note, I'm getting best speed (mentioned 600KB/s) with your latest ROM for this device. With others it was usually dropping to 300KB/s

Don't worry, we all have mistakes
The qx1 use the otg port to feed the stick so you can't use it.
Have you a usb storage attached tho the full sized port too? (usb hdd or usb memory?)

Actually, my RJ-45 Converter with USB HUB can be also powered separately with own charger, and in such scenario it also powers Imito through full sized USB. So I would have otg port free, but I also would need another RJ-45 converter to test it. For most of the time I don't have any other storages attached that could affect LAN transfer. Additionally, transfers from pendrive or hdd to Imito are pretty decent (probably limited only by the speed of internal storage).
