This ROM is based on the official Ugoos firmware dated 11/14/2013.
One feature I am introducing is my ROM's is the ability to load apps from your SD card to be installed immediately after the first boot. All you have to do is make a folder on your external SD called "autoinstall" and place any apk files you want to install. The kicker is that you can't have any spaces in the apk file names...so remove the spaces or they won't install.
Part of the first boot process also installs CWM Recovery. The reason for this is because the generic CWM Recovery won't format the internal SD...so the solution was to flash stock recovery...let it format everything on first boot and then replace it with CWM. This is done automatically, so you will have CWM Recovery when you reboot to recovery.
Just let the device sit for a few minutes to allow time for all of your apps to install. I'm not sure where to look (this launcher is confusing). If you can find an app drawer, you can watch all of the apps populate as they are installed in alphabetical order.
Anyway....

Default user app space is 4gb, you have choices of 2, 4, 6 or 8gb parameter files to flash.
