just wondering if these sticks were designed to be left on, or is it best to shut them off? I'm using Finless T428 Finless 1.4a which comes with a reset app that can shutdown the device, but there's no way to turn it back on without unplugging the device and plugging it back in. Seems better to leave them on, but wondering what experiences you guys are having by doing this.

Do you Leave your stick on?
Hey guys,
just wondering if these sticks were designed to be left on, or is it best to shut them off? Well... yes
But every unit has its own quirks..
Some units can work for weeks with-out a reboot.. others just days
Some units get Hot.. and need a fan.. to work 24/7
I have one unit running almost 2y.. reboots every week (amlogic+fan/xbmc)
--even if you give 'shutdown cmd' the unit will be off.. for 2min then will 'startup' again (quirk 1)
I have one unit running almost 1y.. it needs a 'shutdown' cmd or lan doesn't come-up.. (quirk 2)
but it just reboots (rk3066+fan/browsing) It reboots every 2days..
I have one new units since 2months.. it reboots every week (rk3188/aio)
The are all working.. 24/7.. the all have a 'reboot' scheduler app installed..
-the are connected to Ups/powerbank.. So, I can still enjoy Tv.. whille the power is down
My only.. advice = don't use the power adaptors that come with the unit.. (I burned-up two.. like a firecracker/poof)
Anyway.. Goodluck
What's Going On
