PMID701C Benchmark

Hello All. I just got my wonderful PMID701C today at big lots. Unfortunately they didn't have the PMID701i's in stock here. I had to go to 3 different stores just to find it the one I got.

Anyway, I wanted to know how this unit rated up against my Google Nexus S 4G running ICS so I loaded up Antutu Benchmark and here is what I got

Looks like we got ourselves a pretty good performer here. I'm interested to see what the PMID701i scores. Anyone with that model want to run the test and let us know how well the ICS unit fares?

similar numbers

i posted several benchmarks a couple weeks back that were fairly similar. so far the best score i got was a 3400 something that i got running a fresh install of the onda gingerbread 2.3.4

ICS Onda

I had to replace the stock rom as I had a boot loop. Have been using Onda ICS v1 for a bit and really prefer it to the Polariod stock rom and the Onda 2.3.4. Applications look better also, especially for an Ereader. I saved the Polariod applications to disk and installed the one's I wanted on the ICS version. Needless to say, the majority of the Chinese applications were deleted with the exception of the system Chinese character app. Although it is set to off on the keyboard settings, it seems to be needed for this version to keep from having boot trouble.
