Bricked / Dead X7 Any suggestions?

Well yesterday my X7 wouldn't come out of sleep, push the power button and it flashed blue a couple of times, then nothing. Pulled the plug and tried again, nothing, no light, nothing.

Now similar has happened before and going into recovery and reflashing boot img and kernel has fixed it. This time won't go into recovery, just seems completely dead.

Tested power supply with volt meter, no problem, tried different USB cable, nothing.

Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeead!!!!

Any suggestions? Bob? Is there a fix similar to the MASK Rom mode X5 unbrick?
