I also have problem with wi-fi, or pretty much don't have it.
THe tablet its indeed nice but without wi-fi is worthless.
My advice, do not buy this shit PIPO ever again!

also,is that 1 NAND in the second photo, in which case, what rom can I use to upgrade? currently on stock 4.1

Hi stillsomber,
if your Device is M9 Max with one Nandflash,under Current Pipo Roms on Page 2 you can find what you need,but read first,before you go to flash.
Wifi problems,first read this Thread and on Arctablet all important Threads,but normally you only have to desolder Ground or change cable.
