Cheaper to buy a new tablet to replace that one. Screens sometimes end up more expensive vs buying new tab..

Have not found one yet

Wish I was closer to you if you decide to replace. I had some hardware mods I wanted to try on the motherboard, but would be nice to have one that was broken to try them out on (upgrading the flash was the first thought).

I at least have some info,
Still couldnt tell you where to buy but I hae lots of numbers and a website, at least on my unit this is what I see (your results may vary as we seem to have a few diferent models around here)
The company is DPT-Group found here(I tried to bring it to the closest point to our guy as I could):
The numbers on the outside cable are 300-N3377B-A00 (trails under a sticker)
The barcode on the sticker is
dpt110054 d70n3377b-koc 2011215sz0939

Yep that would be the digitizer

If you doget one, the two parts are frequently glued together in one unit (not sure in our case). If so the best option is to use a hot air gun or hair blow dryer to heat up the surface to losen the glue, start with a lower setting since you dont want to take a chance at cracking the LCD's glass, and try to heat things up evenly again to try and keep from cracking the LCD.then use a couple small screwdrivers or even a plastic knife to try and slowly get them appart. It is delicate work, but not impossible either if you just take your time.
