XBMC Setup for n00bs?

OK folks, I have to admit I have never played with XBMC. I know nothing about it.

Is there a n00b guide for setting up XBMC and get up and running?
Like how to setup the servers, etc?

I have the same problem with the cs968. As a tablet guy, I never used xbmc and all the TV-Stick community need(want) a smooth and stable 1080p ROM for their TV-Box.

XBMC is one of the best open source media player. Especially because you can install so called addons to extend the power of XBMC. This is done by repositories. These repo's makes it easy to install addons.
the best repo's are:

fusion repo

http://fusion.xbmchub.com

elbay repo

http://XBMC.elbay.net

superrepo

http://use.superrepo.org

with those 3 repo's you have access to more then 1500 addons.
this makes it possible to do anything you like with it.
from watching movies and series, to online live TV and on demand TV. Even karaoke is no problem.

the possibilities are endless with this.

OK so how do you setup the live TV thing? I do not even see it in the menus?

for livetv you have to activate it in xbmc settings also you will need compatible dvbt dongle.
i only seted it up in linux before so can tell how its work in android, but i saw sam posted about it on our forum.

Bob, on the image you got from me I did not installed live TV addons.
but you can add them easily by enable them in settings and then add on.
Then with get add ons you select all add ons.
Scroll down to video and there you can select the ones for live tv.
there are to many to name them. If you found one just press double enter to select and install the add on.
after this you can find the add on in the home screen of XBMC at videos.
