Problem intenso 650 Gb hard drive on T428 tronsmart

Hi all, I buy a 650 Gb hard drive intenso I plugged the tronsmart T428 with:

USB power in TV, does not work.
USB power supply into 220 V socket does not work.

I tested on all ROM Tronsmart T428 ;

all Finless ROM, does not work.
all lewy20041 ROM, does not work.
all strauzo ROM, does not work.
all Minix ROM includ (NeoX7_4.2.2_Finless_18) and (Neo-X7-Quickshot), does not work.

except the original ROM android 4.2 (13-06-2013) that detects the hard drive sometimes, but bug.

I tested a another android key (Rikomagic III) is all works well with my (hard drive) intenso 650 Gb.

there are a solution for the tronsmart T428? thank you in advance.

Did you try with a powered usb hub?

I have a 1T hd plugged through a usb powered hub. It works fine. But this is on a cx919. I also use a app from playstore made by paragon to mount ntfs drives. Works great.

Thank you for your help, I finally solved my problem.
My usb hub had a power problem, I'll buy a new one.
for now, I'll use the hard drive directly 220V, my other hub usb, did not power.
