As you can see the result of your test was: 1280x672, so 1280x720, so 720p.
Your TV / monitor is FullHD?
Here, too, with the original firmware, i can only 720p.

The performance improved greatly, after I cleaned multiple items with Clean Master app.

Besides cleaning, also, i used the Clean Master app to transfer, all applications that were possible, to the sdcard.

Thanks a million, but for some reason, it will not functions on my CS968 correctly, it will keep jumping, going on and off, very erratic ... I have the 5mp 1080p ROM, now it works great ... I had to add a static ip address to get my Ethernet connection working again ....

I also use static ip address. To facilitate access of CS968 from Windows.

What kind of external MicroSD you use?

                      Hi.
What kind of external MicroSD you use? Class 4 or class 10? Make, model and capacity?
I noticed that a video 1080p running softer in network, than when stored in an external MicroSD (Class 4).
