CX-919 does not start

My CX-919 does not start, ie, does not pass the "R-BOX" screen.

What could it be? What to do to solve?

If it has a r-box screen at boot, it is not a tronsmart cx-919 but a clone with different hardware. Ask your device vendor for a stock firmware.

Can you provide a photo of the device so we can compare, just to make sure we dont flash something that is not meant for your device... because the r-box screen definitely is something that should not be there on a tronsmart device.
