I can't tall you which one is better, but I'm using Mk908. And the Wifi get issue of unstable.

There no real difference since their basically the same hardware.

The real issue is the software or in this case the rom.
There basically none that due 1080p very well these days since the core of these roms was never meant for 1080p.

Some apps don't work correctly..(youtube and other streaming services and so on).

Now you can use a 720p rom and it can output 1080p like a good bluray player so its not a huge issue.
