I saw someone post (cant find it now) that there is a plug in to Google Chrome to allow you to download the market apps to your PC and sideload them? I cant seem to find this plug-in?

Actually this plug in is against the terms of service for Google.
Sorry I asked about it as I did not realize it would be a problem. Sure it helps us developers of ROMs find out why some apps do not show up in the market and this is very helpful but again it does violate Google's TOS.
Thanks for the info but IU am closing this post as to not get this web site in trouble.
