Hey there. Maybe these videos could help you through the process? Good luck.

I will do it soon. Are you having problems with batteries?
The international supplier has shipped a replace original battery last week. I'll wait the package with the new battery to solder it and change all the coaxial cables inside the tablet with a "low loss" aeronautic version. Hope this will improve signal strength.
if you appreciate my efforts this is the link for any donation:

Fortunately, my battery is in good condition. I gave the above link so you have some help in opening the tablet and where all the screws/parts are, so it would make it easier when you have to replace the battery

I'm not sure I follow. It always stays below 50% (doesn't charge more than that) or is it draining very fast?

100-50% tablet behaves as expected. Below 50% it will often suddenly drop to 1% or crash / goto sleep and require reset to restart

Have you already tried an app like 'battery calibration'? Maybe the battery is not defective.
Had the same problem with a moto defy once after flashing a new rom, and an app like this solved it.

Yeah mine does this too.. can go from 50-10% almost instantly, likewise it can go from 10% - 40% within a minute of plugging into the charger.

I have just done the battery calibration thing.. so will see if it makes a difference. I suspect the reporting is poor. I wish the battery and power usage wasnt so slimmed down compared to my one x..

Make sure to follow the instructions of the app. It was something like fully charge, use app, wait till device is completely empty, recharge to 100% without interruption.
I don't have any battery problems with the m9 pro, the percentage showed seems to be quite accurate.
Though a charge doesn't last as long as my 3 year old iPad 1 did.

I tested some battery calibration apps:

"Nema battery calibration" is the only one that fixed the problem on a Pipo M6pro of a collegue of mine with wrong % values.
With this app it is not mandatory to fully charge the battery.
The most important thing is that the tablet needs to be rooted.

Not a calibration prob as far as I can tell. have used calibration tools to reset/delete stats.

If it were just calibration then the battery life is VERY short!

I can suggest you to ask for a battery replacement and change it by yourself, If you are able to do it...
