I have a couple of Zoostorm sl8 mini2 tablets and they do not come with bluetooth. I would like to use bluetooth devices with these devices by using a usb dongle. There are many on the market but only mention use with Windows are there any that work with android?

It will depend on if your tablet has BT driver support and all the needed framework to support it.
Some tablets do and some do not. If it does, most any BT dongle should work.
