Cozy-swan S400 flashing problems

Hello this is not my first time flashing a TV stick but it is my first time flashing a s400 what prompted me to do this is the s400 stick kept shutting down and restarting as well as dropping wifi signal. I assumed I did not have the Green Dot version and flash one of the non green dot stock firmware from this forum thread when I flashed with the Rockchip_Batch_Tool_v1.7 with recovery i got this (in red layer 1-1 download firmware fail) i got this on all the firmwares that i tried from the links in the cozy-swan thread both green and non green. So I assume I am brick now due to the fact I can I get any video from the stick, but I can still I can still access it by hitting the reset button on the side and running Rockchip Batch Tool.

so am I screwed or is this salvageable?
