Can I change the number of tiles shown in Netflix

When browsing Netflix I can only see 2 or 3 resume play tiles and 5 more covers below that. That is the same as I see on my Nexus 7. However, when I was playing trying to get higher bitrate Netflix I installed a another version (16X bitrate) that had much more tiles (3X8) if I remember correctly. It didn't fix my quality problem. (Is there any new fix for HD Netflix yet?), but I liked the look.

Is there anyway I can change the Tile size to get more movie covers shown on the screen on the latest Netflix(with profiles)

I could be wrong but i think this has more to do with the device dpi, if you're running 1080 you should see more than if you're running 720 (assuming the netflix app has different dpi layouts/drawables). if you wanted to change that even more you would have to find a way to change the layout i believe. Maybe talk to the guy that did the HD netflix thing over on xda.
