Change my MK908ii to something else or get another MK908ii?

have sent back my MK908ii for warranty as it had a internet speed problem. Should I get another MK908ii or pay some extra money to get something else, maybe a Minix X7?
My main use is for XBMC watching movies and tv shows.
Thanks guys for any opinions on what are the better units out there.

How slow was your speed?

I'm looking to buy an Android stick. The MK908ii is top of my list but I'm a bit concerned about the various reports of slow wifi speed. It seems to be a problem for quite a few sticks due to the chipset they use.

It was fine and could stream sd movies good. But after a couple months use it just slowed right down to next to no internet speed. The speed went down to 0.5mbps dl
