Cx919 power plug loose

I noticed the CX919 kept going on and off and finally saw that it was the power cord is loose inside the cx919.
Is there some way to fix this? Would it be something loose inside the unit? IT seems its not making good contact because i can wiggle it and it will go on and off.

The CX919 can accept power from both micro usb ports. Just plug your power cable into the other micro USB port. One port is on the end. The other port is on the side.

Yes thats normal. Its a quality/manufacturing issue. Was that way on both my CX-919's.
The other usb port is night and snug.
