QC802 Bricked - Errors log from serial console

My QC802 got bricked. I have a small progress. The device somehow started to respond on USB port with VID=2207 and PID=310B, so I quickly found and install proper drivers (rockusb.inf).

However:

1) when I try to flash the device with (NEOTV CROM Flash Tool 1.37) I get the following error:

Does it mean that my flash/rom memory got broken?? I would greatly appreciate any help :-)
