please help, how to decrease resolution to 1280*800 to increase speed and performance of pipo m9 pro

    Hello dear friends
first of all excuse me for my poor English.
a few months ago, i searched and searched the internet to find a tablet
with good build quality and screen and performance and of course a good
    price.
then i found PiPO. and pipo max m9. i really enjoyed it. then i found m9
pro. i decided to spend more money and buy m9 pro instead of max m9.
now i have m9 pro and i am very sad and disappointed. because of low
performance and slow of running apps and surfing the internet.
i have read hours and hours about this tablet in many forums to find is
there any solution to increase performance.
at last, i understand that all of my problems is because of high resolution
and lack of a suitable GPU and also CPU.
Mali 400 quad core is not enough for 1920*1200 screen at all.
so all things that i want is an option in settings to change resolution
between Full HD mode and normal mode. (1280*800). like M6
    and also HYUNDAI PLAY X
high resolution is not important for me at all. i just want to have a tablet
with very fast and smooth scrolling and running apps
    anybody please help me.
i wish i had pipo m9 max. a fast tablet like others. like Samsung note 10.
i want to have an option to change resolution between 1280*800 and
    1920*1200.
1900*1200 is suitable for reading books.
i have tested some apps like RESOLUTION CHANGER but with no
    success….

In early firmware, Pipo included a switch in settings for low resolution on their M6 Pro tablet... But took it out in later releases.

Improvements in the newer firmware have made the M9 Pro less laggy...especially running custom ROM's with custom kernels. Have you tried the Finless ROM for the M9 Pro?

thank you for reply. yes i have used those roms before. but with no significant improvments. i just want to have lower resolution.

the app resolution changer pro did for me that job, but only in landscape mode. not portrait mode.
