Are they planning 4.4.2 for m6 pro ? If anyone know.

Pipo is without doubt a great company, however I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for KitKat, if we're lucky, the end of the year at the earliest.

Currently, Pipo has KitKat ROM's for the M9 Pro, U8...and there was one for the M8 Pro...but was taken off of their download site due to some problems. Each week, I see a new KitKat version being released, so I'm hoping for an M6 Pro KitKat pretty soon. There is no accurate way of knowing exactly when.
When it arrives, I'll have a rooted version of it here on Freaktab.Randy
