Back to home screen every 10 min during video playing with MX Player

    Hi all,

I just receive the X7 + Neo A2 and flashing to Fineless 1.8.

I didn't meet issue except during video playing with MX Player. Every 10 minutes, the X7 back to home screen and so stops the video. I looked for option in parameter but anything.

    Are there some explanations?

    Thanks in adavance

Are you playing the video from a shared folder located elsewhere (such as SMB share)?
if yes, download 'cifmanager' from play store and mount the shared volume. This program will then mount the remote shares as local drive.
Then use MX player to play. it won't stop.

I've tested my network to see if that was the problem, on both sides, and on the switch, i have not noticed any drops, i am not sure if a sort of lag can cause it though. I did not mount any shared drive though, i use ES File Explorer for that.

As pointed in the link, i just got rid of the small remote that comes with minix and did not have any random backs, but i think i may just have a faulty or screwy remote, i watched 3 other movies without an interruption after i got rid of the remote.
