PIPO M6 Pro Screen Protector
Greetings all. I have a PIPO M6 Pro and it appears to have a factory installed screen protector. I say appears, because it has a few bubbles underneath it. However it already has a few deeper scratches on the surface, and that seems strange to have something like that happen to a screen protector. I have a few questions..... 1) is this really a protector? 2) if so, why would it scratch so easily? 3) should I remove this and replace with something that is better? 4) what would you suggest for a replacement as I hear the Chinese products are not of very good quality? Thanks in advance and Happy New Year. JimTags: None

Out of the box, these Pipo tablets come with a cover for transit only with a little tab you can remove it with. Underneath it is one of those fancy screen protection films that everyone is accustomed to. It's pretty easy to peal off...but if you do, you need to replace it with a new one because I've never been able to replace one without getting more bubbles.
The 9.7" tablet is the same size as the standard iPad...(it hurts just typing that name...hahahaha!!!!)
So, it should be very easy to obtain a 9.7" screen protector...they are pretty standard.Randy

Armor Suit screen protectors from Amazon work well on all my tablets, they are soft, and the film is used for frontal protection on aircraft, helicopter blades, and race cars. Follow the directions, and use care when installing them, and after 24 hrs. curing, it's as if the protector was form fitted to the screen, and doesn't show smudges/fingerprints like other protectors do, and the aren't very expensive.

Greetings jdv007; The ArmorSuit protectors are IMHO way better than the standard protectors, they fingerprint and smear less, and while curing after installation actually seem to weld themselves to the screen. The last tablet I installed them on had a few dust particles, and the protector fully enclosed them, unlike the standard protectors that show bubbles around dust particles. Install them in the bathroom with the hot shower on, blow off the screen with canned air, follow the instructions on the Armorsuit website religiously. No I'm not a shill for Armorsuit, but I'm a believer! Use an office hole punch for the holes you need.
