    NEOTV CROM 1.9 MK802IV Old Wifi,MK809III,UG007B,QC802,Cloudnet Go CR9

    Hello Folks,

Here it is the New NEOTV CROM 1.9 for the MK802IV and others with old Wifi.
This Rom is based on the last RKM Firmware with a Lot of Tweaks.
Also included are a Lot of Overclocked Kernels.
This Rom is a 1080p Rom only at the Moment, because I think the most User´s want FullHD.
To Flash a Overclocked Kernel, rename the Original Kernel.img to Kernel.bak, then pick the
Kernel of your choice and rename it to kernel.img and Flash.
All Kernels have the Frame Skipping Fix included.

    What is included:

    Init.d Support
    NTFS Support
    CD-ROM Support
    CIF Support
    Overclocked Kernel´s

    Software Included:
JustXBMC --> Thanks Lewy for this
    No Frills CPU Control
    DatFM Filemanager
FreakBrowser --> Freaktab Web Browser with Flash Support and UA Setting to Desktop
    Rooted
    Terminal Emulator

    Download:

Thanks for this neomode. I quite like 720p. Will you be posting kernels to enable this sometime in the future?

      Thanks again for your work.

Yes I will make 720p Kernels.
But first I want to release this Version.
It take me one week to get it done.

First impressions great, cool startup animation. only problem is device gets really hot and reboots with default kernel; will try another kernel you supplied and give feedback. XBMC rocks!!!!!

          thanks neo

Ok guys, I need some help.

I installed the ROM and all was OK besides reboots, I then attempted to use one of the included kernels in the download. '

The problem is now the device goes into a bootloop, shows Rikomagic logo and then reboots. Does this continuously. I tried restoring to factory ROM but the same thing happens there also, any assistance is greatly appreciated..

This should not happend. Gave your Device time to Chill Down and try again.
Than it should Work. If not take the Stock Kernel with name CPU stock in.

Undervolted kernels is my goto choice for heating issues.

Can this be done with "No Frills CPU Control" or should I use one of the old underclock kernels by sam21?

Any drawbacks of using an older kernel?

Either you use no frills or an older kernel. This must be tested.

                      Great work Neomode!

I'll wait out your look at the heating problem, but my first impressions are good.

                      EDIT:

My MK809III isn't able to turn on the wifi.. But yet it has full support for this rom?

                          some issues

                          Neomode,
                          1. I have few questions: in ver 1.8 I have a problem turning on bluetooth. It does not stay on - MK802 IV.
                          2. Also did you luck wallpaper on porpuse? or it's a problem with the launcher? The wallpaper can not be changed.
                          3. When the screen displays in 1080p format everything displays to small and it is hard to read letters from the distance. (I increased font and it helped a little but still...). Is it possible to make desktop displaed at lower resolution and still keep playback at 1080p?

Did you get a chance to address issue with bluetooth in ver 1.9 or it is just me?

Thank you for your hard work !!!

Also I can confirm slow data speed via WiFI. it happens sometimes. To fix this you need to restart your dungle.

                              Cosyswan 400

Loaded this on last night and all seems perfectly OK.
The icons were set to HUGE on the KitKat launcher but that was easily rectified.
Running on 1080 with the extreme overclock and it seems cool enough... although I do have heatsinks and 2 x 5v fans
                              The XBMC install is excellent....
                              Not tried BT.
