Driver corrupt message on mk 908ii

Hello can anyone help me my problem is :

I recently flashed a new rom to my mk 908ii but when I went to download any apps my google account kept on saying something like it couldn't allow me to make a connection (to be honest can't remember what it fully said but it was something along those lines)
Then I went and factory reset it but then all that came up was a blank screen after it reset.So I tried to flash it again but was not able too.

This is the message I get now when I try install the driver If anyone could help sort out this problem I would really appreciate it.Just to let you know I'm not the most computer smart person around so if you are able to help could you put it in the most simple terms possible.
