    change picture boot

    Sorry for my broken English
    how to change the first picture that appears first? not annimation just the image.
    I should find initlogo.rle in the boot.img and it seems that the m9 logo is placed elsewhere? but where??

    That graphic is embedded in the kernel. It is changeable but only with advanced skill.
