    Resolution 1280x800 and GPS

    Hi,

To extend the stick aplication, why not to have 1280x800 resolution option, as well as GPS valid.

    Regards

You have to make custom kernel for resolution change and GPS, don't even know where to start to make that work, sorry.

I will release a new rom based on Nov GB rom shortly.
The other rom I build couldn't display the screen fullscreen and I didn't receive enough feedback to be able to fix it. even build my own Mk808/B 3.0.36 kernels but now I have to use an older rom, but it still works great.

What do you want included in this rom before I upload it.

Is Nov GB rom you are refering to the one with HDMI passthrough supposedly?

I see your posts in lot of these threads and thank you for the contribution.

I am one of those that bought this only for the purpose XBMC.
The only thing that was missing for an average XMBC user like me was HDMI passthrough.
So, here is my presonal request, if you can bundle the smoothest HDMI playback XBMC with all settings set for HDMI passthrough.
I dont know if that is possible, if not, I am fine to read a set of instructions also, for the ROM.

          Thank you mo, much appreciated.

It would be great to have oc version for those with additional heatsink/fan. My device is mk808 but I dont care about wifi since I have usb to ethernet.

              Thank you in advance !

+1 here but look at last mo123 rom release . he include a package of oc kernels that wifi is not broken and do the job pretty well. but don't epect more than 13500 antutu no matter witch frequency you'll set the cpu or gpu ..... with heatsink, fan or not... only oc the frequency of the ram is really effective in performance. read through the oc kernel thread by mo123 to have more an idea. me and a couple users have test those kernels and and post result there.

all is there in previous post.

You should copy the *.ko files to e.g. /sytem/lib/modulesand copy the *.kl to /system/usr/keylayout/

but wich kernel you build this rom ? 3.0.8 ?

It must be kernel 3.0.36, are your *.ko files files compatible?

no, .ko modules are for 3.0.8

but .kl files keylayout work on any kernel, rom or device

don't know how yo uild on this 4.2 and 3.0.36 kernel unless updated nand driver fix corruption of sd and kernel build update there is not much difference between 4.2 and 4.1 stock rom according finless said in a thread after receive the 4.2 update. 4.1 will always be more faster on mk808/b. Personnaly i stay with 4.1 and your cooked kernel cpu_stock-gpu_stock-ram_533 i act like a fireball

Plus i got a bunch of working modules (almost 20) in 3.0.8 including my famous external usb wifi trick working with android UI.

Untill if someone could compile and provide me a working rtl8711.ko 3.0.36 usb wlan modules and other usefull module and build me a rom i that i could rise 13500 in antutu like 4.1 otherwise i"ll stay in 3.0..8

                              3.0.36 compiled modules everyone needed:

                              rtl8711.ko; nls_utf8.ko tun.ko; ath3k.ko; hci_vhci.ko; bfusb.ko; bcm203x.ko; btmrvl.ko; btmrvl_sdio.ko; ath.ko; plusb.ko; pl2303.ko; gspca_main.ko ;gspca_sonixj.ko; sunrpc.ko;
                              auth_rpcgss.ko; lockd.ko; r8712u.ko; mcs7830.ko; rt5370sta.ko; rtl8192cu.ko; cp210x.ko; ftdi_sio.ko; nfs.ko; ntfs.ko; 8723au.ko; cx82310_eth.ko; dm9601.ko; smsc75xx.ko; smsc95xx.ko

and i think i forget some
