    Another newb bricked his box...help

Ok, I am brand new to the forum, and fairly new to the hobby. I purchased a generic box with what I believe was a linux build, it never worked. It booted straight to XBMC, but always crashed and restarted. I decided to attempt to flash a new ROM because it was useless, and I had nothing to lose. I bricked it, and get no response other than the solid blue light, remote still functions to turn off, tv recognizes when it is plugged in, but no visible video output. I believe it is an MX or Matricom clone j18ref, Here is the info I have on it:

    board is green
    hd18v2.2
    nand is Micron 29f32g08cbaca
    board also has A12 v1.1

    Here's what I have tried:
a dozen different flashes using hddraw
    mx2-boot-recovery
    mx2fw114b-7-10-13
    mx2 1.1.5 with image
    prometheus 4_14 unlocked g18ref-ota-20130414
    MATRICOM_MX2_115_FULL_AUG_09_2013
    DROIDTV-M3-RECOVERY-SD-CARD
as well as some others, and also tried to mount with OTG cable and Imageburn tool.
It never seems to get detected with Image burn, though I may have to short pins, don't know.

I realized recently that the SD card I was using was only a 2 gig, not sure if that will prevent loading of image altogether, or just leave me with a small partition.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I really have no idea what I'm doing as you can see.
Thanks for taking the time to read my lengthy post at any rate, and I apologize if I am posting in the wrong area.
