Anyone knows if theres something similar happening for the RK3066 soon?
Only in end Feb, beginning March 2014, when Rockchip releases it to their manufacturing partners and they make their own firmware from it. The only companies I think that will actually get it are MiniX and Beelink(they have Mediatek wifi). Then it will take another couple of weeks for developers to port it to other devices.
The tronsmart Android 4.4 is actually tablet firmware and not optimized for TV Sticks and not 'true' Android 4.4.
