I see you're in Canada; I hope this still helps. I've bought one of these - it's got a 1yr warranty and comes at a great price.
Performance is excellent, it never gets hot and gives adequate power. Haven't had the reboot issue after replacing the factory adapter which by the way died the same day I received my stick.
(I'm not affiliated with the seller in any way, simply giving my experience)

I use that power adapter with an Imito MX1. It used to shutoff randomly when starting certain apps, or during benchmarking until I got this power supply.
I changed the cord because I wanted a longer one, the supplied one (from MX1) was too short. (The power adapter doesn't come with a cable. That's probably why its price is so low)

Probably a good option as well. I wasn't aware of that item, but I wouldn't forgo a total price of $4.05, 1 yr warranty and internal US guaranteed shipping/turnaround time for an overseas dice roll. That's what ordering from China usually devolves into - a concerted gamble.
The seller I linked is reputable and fulfilled my order satisfactorily, **** vending not withstanding. I will state yet again, I have NO affiliation with the seller; I only did purchase the adapter and thought to recommend it upon seeing this thread.
...you know - that seems like a good buy if one were to purchase a tv stick or similar device from Geekbuying, as a package since the included adapters are usually trash.

I'm a big fan of Geekbuying and have made numerous purchases through them, but if you want a usb power supply don't buy the LA-520 single port 2.0A USB PS from them. I bought two of the adapters in an effort to replace the factory 2Amp power source that came with my MK802iv. The LA-520's were only a few bucks apiece, and refuse to charge or power any device sufficiently. Pure crap.
The two primary power supplies I now use on my stick I bought for under $10 each through a local discount vendor, and pose no problems at any duty load.
Good luck, and play on!

EDIT: GB no longer seems to carry the LA-520 anyway. Good. Please post your h/w & s/w as signature to help community with troubleshooting problems.

I found the best power supplies to be from the big guys like Linksys, I got a few IP camera PS's rated at 5v 2amp and they have been rock solid and have he right size connection for my MINIX x7 and K-r42,
I would suggest that the big manufacturers of hardware have a higher and more stable output at the same rated output?
