[Q] Mount external hard drive as internal storage to play games on

Hello
I just bought a 1TB hard drive and I was wondering if it'd be possible to use that storage to install games. I already tried a mount app that mounted the android\data\that app to the external hard drive but the game didn't regocnise it (Asphalt 8).
Any ideas?

You probably need to edit the permission in Android Manifest file
Aka.. give the app permission to read and write to usb external drive

What did you do.. to move/mount the android dir?
And do you have root?

I used this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...evasque.fmount
(and i have an mk908II, dunno if that matters)
The app just mounts a directory of the external hard drive to the SD card (mnt\sdcard\android\obb\com.thegame)
So do you think it has to do with the permissions of the app? (btw mounted, es file Explorer displays the obb file like it was just there on the SD card while it isn't (that workes!))
Oh and yes I'm rooted
