I was successful in modifying the stock ROM for the 703 to give root/Google Play (and even CWM recovery), however since I don't have your model, I'd have to try to have you test it. This isn't for the faint of heart, so if you're a newb and/or not knowledgable about Android at all, you may want to learn more and play with (and enjoy!) your tablet for a bit.
