This is the stock firmware for vega S95. Copy this from Tronsmart forum. and here we go:


Dear All:
We’re pleased to announce the stock firmware for Vega S95, This is the stock firmware which shipped with your device. and if we have new update, you will receive the OTA update notice, and you just need to click update button.



OTA update procedures:
1.) All Apps -> Update & Backup App -> Click ” Online Update”

Or Settings -> More Setting -> About Mediabox -> System Update

2.) Confirm to update and let the system to reboot and complete the update process

1) Via SD Card

2) Via PC (Only support windows pc right now, and need usb-a male to male cable)

As far as i know, Tronsmart is working on a new firmware base on the new sdk from amlogic to solve some bugs from customer report. and they will arrange the OTA update soon.

Yes, but if the box is rooted, root will persist after Factory Data Reset. At least it did after resetting the Meta.

If you are referring to a physical switch, there is a "Fn" button via a pinhole on the bottom. How this applies to your objective is unknown to me.

New OTA firmware for Meta is available now. Just update OTA, it went fine. Have not had time testing yet.
One thing I can confirm is that the OTA update will not get the device loop like Beelink units.., just lick confirm to update and let the device does the rest.

We can confirm they push the update to Meta and Pro version today.

They should release the full image soon for both version.

Just updated my firmware to latest on my Meta and noticed that the 4k@60hz is no longer available. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a way to revert factory firmware? I attempted to load via SD card and during update it says that it can't update over a newer firmware.
